In 2023 and as part of a new marketing strategy and digital vision, the SFL focused on finding a credible measurement and evaluation methodology for social channels between all stakeholders. The purpose was to create a consistent tracking and valuation method, aligned across the league, divisions, and teams’ social channels to serve as a reliable reporting tool for their partnerships. KORE was hired to provide social media evaluation services for the start of the 2023-2024 season.
