Job Description:

KORE Software is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive engagement and pipeline for our newest go-to-market strategy in the corporate and brands space . The Sr. BDR is often the first point of contact for the sales team – an important first impression. You will be tasked both with speaking to prospective customers who have expressed interest in our services and also performing outbound activities to generate interest across a wide portfolio of targets.

The primary responsibility of the position is to drive bookings and recurring revenue growth by generating, qualifying, and growing sales pipeline. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective/target brands, establishing pain, and creating meetings/opportunities for the sales team.

What will you do?

  • Serve as an integral part of the sales process, generating new business opportunities and contributing to pipeline growth
  • Meet or exceed daily activity targets, including inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, and ongoing lead nurturing/engagement
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to Fortune 1000 companies via e-mail, cold-calling, marketing campaigns, and social-selling
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns (in partnership with Marketing) to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Utilize CRM, marketing automation, and sales technology tools to manage pipeline and maintain accurate information about prospects and target accounts
  • Uncover prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant opportunities within target accounts
  • Work with Marketing to better refine targeting and messaging according to segment, contact type, active campaigns, etc.
  • Assist the sales team with opportunities to extend reach into target accounts
  • Assist in the consultative sales process by learning as much as you can about a prospect, uncovering their business needs, and sharing that information with the sales team.
  • Relentlessly learn, adapt, and improve your knowledge of sales engagement and KORE’s offering

 

What we’re looking for:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in sales development, pipeline generation, and outbound prospecting roles
  • A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity goals for calls, e-mails, etc.
  • Sound ability to effectively articulate business pain and create compelling stories to generate interest with prospects
  • Extreme comfort with outbound sales calls and prospecting
  • Knowledge of modern, SaaS pipeline development, sales process, and engagement methodologies
  • Willingness and passion for trying new things, acting entrepreneurial, and iterating on all current and future approaches
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • BONUS: 1+ year in a sales or account management role

Role Overview

Ensure the success of KORE ProSports software customers by providing attentive customer support, assisting with proper product usage and resolving service and technical problems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of all current KORE ProSports software products
  • Provide technical and business support to product users when support cases are logged
  • Research and as needed escalate more complicated support issues, collaborating with development staff and seeing them through to resolution
  • Assist with documentation and a knowledge base repository for both internal (developer) and external (customer) use
  • Help verify product functionality and user experience across all applicable platforms and environments
  • Assist with executing test cases in coordination with the QA team when needed

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 1-3 years of testing and/or technology support experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting web applications
  • Intermediate SQL Knowledge
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator or Deployment certification preferred
  • SalesForce CRM Administrator preferred
  • Excellent listening skills, effective and efficient oral and written communication skills, organization skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines and ability to collaborate as part of a team
  • Ability to work off-hours and weekends as needed

Job Summary

KORE is currently looking for a highly motivated, front-end SaaS developer with experience in AngularJS and working with C#.NET, SQL Server back-end for a 12 month Contract role. You will work with KORE’s leadership to design, implement, and deploy a large scale, AWS hosted SaaS application used by some of the largest sports and media companies in the world.

We are looking for people who can bring strong, development-focused mindsets to the table and can contribute to architectural decisions, best practices and get things done. KORE Software takes a very practical approach to software development, focusing on what is important to our customers and reducing outdated or ineffective processes. Internally we are focused on using the right technologies, tools and processes for the job – a successful candidate will know which to use for the right context and be able to adapt in our dynamic environment.

The skills required to be successful in this position are:

  • Angular 5+, Typescript, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Experience working with and supporting C# .NET, SaaS, web applications
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal English skills

Preferred Skills

  • AWS experience a definite asset (EC2, S3, ECS)
  • Proficiency with relational databases, optimizing queries and working with large datasets
  • Understanding of software architectural patterns and leveraging redundant micro-services
  • Experience participating working with and implementing a user-centered design with a UX team

KORE Software is looking for an organized, energetic and driven individual to join our growing team as Success Associate. In this full-time position, you’ll work closely with members of the Success team who manage over 100 Major League teams, and various other sports and entertainment accounts.  The Success department is responsible for developing and maintaining lasting relationships with a focus on retention and loyalty, by consulting on the best practices within the industry and in utilizing the KORE product. As a Success Associate, you will master the best practices across all of KORE’s products, which provide comprehensive solutions designed to help sports and entertainment businesses optimize their customer satisfaction and more successfully harness fan data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the greater Success Team in onboarding multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies through all aspects of account management process including planning, customer setup, onboarding, training, and ongoing strategy and consulting.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with customers with a focus on solving uniquely different problems related to specific business objectives.
  • Investigate and answer specific customer questions during initial onboarding process and for existing accounts.
  • Effectively manage project milestones and communicate overall onboarding timelines.
  • Manage recurring check-in calls with clients; follow-up on topics with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Proactively create, improve and maintain customer self-help and best practice guides.
  • Travel to customer locations for all relevant aspects of the onboarding and training process.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in account management, sales, consulting or strategy roles
  • Previous experience at a sports/entertainment or SaaS/technology organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills are a must
  • Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce experience is preferred, but not required

  • Be extremely organized and balance various key clients objectives and deliverables
