Open Positions

Our Vancouver, BC office is currently looking for intermediate-level, full-stack web developers with experience working on the Salesforce platform. You will work with KORE’s leadership to design, implement and deploy an enterprise application for a high-profile, national media business.

The skills required to be successful in this position are:

  • A proven background in working directly with senior executives and end-users to conduct business analysis, system design, and follow through to successful implementations.
  • Experience working on C#.NET web applications
  • Experience using, customizing, and working with data in Salesforce platform
  • Proficiency with relational databases, specifically SQL Server, optimizing queries and working with large datasets. Experience with SQL Integration Services and SQL Reporting Services
  • Experience with data migration and ETL tasks
  • Responsive HTML5 JavaScript framework knowledge (AngularJS preferred)
  • Self-starters who are not afraid to take on large challenges and take ownership of projects on their own
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • User experience design experience an asset

Our Vancouver, BC office is currently looking for full-stack SaaS developers with experience in C#.NET, SQL Server and AngularJS. You will work with KORE’s leadership to design, implement and deploy a large scale, AWS hosted SaaS application used by some of the largest sports and media companies in North America.

We are looking for someone who brings a strong, development-focused mindset to the table and can contribute to architectural decisions, best practices and get things done. KORE Software takes a very practical approach to software development, focusing on what is important to our customers and reducing outdated or ineffective processes.

The skills required to be successful in this position are:

  • Experience developing and supporting C#.NET, SaaS, web applications
  • AWS experience an asset (EC2, S3, ECS)
  • Proficiency with relational databases, specifically SQL Server, optimizing queries and working with large datasets.
  • Responsive HTML5 JavaScript framework knowledge (AngularJS preferred)
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Understanding of software architectural patterns and experience implementing redundant micro-services is a plus

KORE Software is looking for a Success Consultant to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for working directly with customer accounts in the sports and entertainment industry to develop and maintain relationships that promote retention and loyalty, while consulting on the best practices in the industry and utilizing the KORE product. This Success department supports KORE’s ProSports line of Business Process and Data Warehouse software packages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and assess fit with KORE’s software and professional services
  • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Lead clients through all aspects of their relationship with KORE – including planning, customer setup, onboarding, training, and ongoing strategy and consulting.
  • Travel to customer locations for all relevant aspects of the implementation and training process
  • Work closely with the product development team to convert customer feedback into new features

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in client services, software, sports analytics, CRM or related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Business, Information Systems, or related degree
  • Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce experience is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the sports or entertainment industry

Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Kore Software is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Product Development Team. You will be part of our growing QA Team that promotes a testing focused development environment as well as ensures the integrity of the Kore Software products. You will work directly with KORE’s entire development team and stakeholders to create and innovate test processes and test strategies. We are looking for self-sufficient, critical thinkers who enjoy complex problem solving and working in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with developers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and create test plans for new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Create test strategies as part of the ongoing effort to improve the overall quality of the product.
  • Review development and testing processes to provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Conduct functional, integration, and regression tests of the Kore Software product.
  • Maintain and update test environments.
  • Run manual tests for new features and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain the automation test framework and scripts.

Qualifications

  • Experience with creating test plan and test strategies.
  • Experience with web application testing.
  • Familiar with software testing methodologies.
  • 2+ years of experience with manual software testing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Able to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with test automation development.
  • Experience using C# and Selenium for automated testing.
  • Experience with Team Foundation Services (TFS) or similar issue tracking software.
  • Experience with Agile development process.
  • Experience with database testing is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
  • Experience using Customer Relation Management software (Microsoft Dynamic CRM, Salesforce, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
