Our Vancouver, BC office is currently looking for intermediate-level, full-stack web developers with experience working on the Salesforce platform. You will work with KORE’s leadership to design, implement and deploy an enterprise application for a high-profile, national media business.

The skills required to be successful in this position are:

  • A proven background in working directly with senior executives and end-users to conduct business analysis, system design, and follow through to successful implementations.
  • Experience working on C#.NET web applications
  • Experience using, customizing, and working with data in Salesforce platform
  • Proficiency with relational databases, specifically SQL Server, optimizing queries and working with large datasets. Experience with SQL Integration Services and SQL Reporting Services

Our Vancouver, BC office is currently looking for full-stack SaaS developers with experience in C#.NET, SQL Server and AngularJS. You will work with KORE’s leadership to design, implement and deploy a large scale, AWS hosted SaaS application used by some of the largest sports and media companies in North America.

We are looking for someone who brings a strong, development-focused mindset to the table and can contribute to architectural decisions, best practices and get things done. KORE Software is looking for a Success Consultant to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for working directly with customer accounts in the sports and entertainment industry to develop and maintain relationships that promote retention and loyalty, while consulting on the best practices in the industry and utilizing the KORE product. This Success department supports KORE’s ProSports line of Business Process and Data Warehouse software packages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and assess fit with KORE’s software and professional services
  • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Lead clients through all aspects of their relationship with KORE – including planning, customer setup, onboarding, training, and ongoing strategy and consulting.
  • Travel to customer locations for all relevant aspects of the implementation and training process
  • Work closely with the product development team to convert customer feedback into new features

Basic Qualifications:

Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Kore Software is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Product Development Team. You will be part of our growing QA Team that promotes a testing focused development environment as well as ensures the integrity of the Kore Software products. You will work directly with KORE’s entire development team and stakeholders to create and innovate test processes and test strategies. We are looking for self-sufficient, critical thinkers who enjoy complex problem solving and working in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with developers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and create test plans for new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Create test strategies as part of the ongoing effort to improve the overall quality of the product.
  • Review development and testing processes to provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Conduct functional, integration, and regression tests of the Kore Software product.
  • Maintain and update test environments.
  • Run manual tests for new features and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain the automation test framework and scripts.

Qualifications

Job Description:

The Content Marketing Manager role needs a talented and experienced content creator who can write and produce various types of downloadable content regularly to expand KORE Software’s digital footprint, awareness, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create 2–3 resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include case studies, ebooks, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
  • Create regular blogs and social media posts on an ongoing basis to support and promote your content offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
  • Create regular press releases that highlight company announcements and new partnerships.
  • Grow our subscriber base and lead generation by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, customer success representatives, product developers, customers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing, writing, and or design role.

Working with Amazon Web Services, you will recommend industry best practices and designs to KORE’s enterprise clients.

Here’s an idea of what you’ll work on starting day 1

  • Perform Architecture review for data lake implementations
  • Working closely with enterprise clients to understand their needs
  • Apply best practices to AWS environments
  • Configure alerting and monitoring mechanism for ETL processes, data warehouses and BI tools
  • Implement active security monitoring (identification and prevention) for cloud based solutions
