We’re seeking a seasoned sales leader, who is motivated by building and managing an all-star team to serve as KORE’s revenue generating engine. The right person will have a hunger for results, understand the details, and lead a team to deliver exceptional performance. Job Description:

KORE is seeking a dynamic Vice President of North American Sales to drive the growth of the company. As a key member of North American leadership team, the VP of North American Sales will report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). S/he will be responsible most importantly for driving critical new sales into new logos (customers) but will also help drive growth via cross-selling to existing customers. S/he will help KORE scale an effective go-to-market operation that results in at least 20% year over year growth, while meeting or exceeding SaaS industry benchmarks (e.g. CAC ratio, LTV:CAC).
Reporting to this position will be Sales Representatives, Sales Engineers and sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing the sales team including but not limited to; recruiting, onboarding, training, managing the daily operations and mentoring inside sales, field sales and business development representatives;
  • Instilling process, discipline, and focus to support a highly repeatable and predictable sales motion;
  • Measuring and reporting detailed operational metrics that can be used as a management tool to predict future results and to ensure the company is getting the most out of its sales and marketing investment;
  • Refining the sales strategy, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy;
  • Assuming hands on, player/coach role while delivering results and building the sales team;
  • Building and optimizing the sales funnel in support of booking goals, while working with marketing to refine and optimize its marketing efforts;
  • Scaling the sales organization, supporting sales infrastructure, and sales systems to support rapid growth

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 5 years of sales management experience with B2B software sales
  • Served as a successful sales leader overseeing inside sales, mid-market field sales and account development teams in a B2B software company. Experience selling into a nationally dispersed, multi-segmented customer base spanning multiple verticals across a wide range of account sizes
  • S/he preferably has sales leadership experience in 15M-50M+ growth company;
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train a sales team ranging from 10-25+ as a sales leader in a growing software company;
  • Evidence of consistent, outstanding job performance (e.g., meeting/exceeding quota >90% of the time) with positive management style;
  • Data and process driven individual with demonstrated ability to optimize go-to-market operations such that core SaaS sales and marketing benchmarks are met or exceeded;
  • Possess strong leadership capabilities complemented by a highly collaborative approach toward working with other members of the executive team;

Job Description:

The Marketing Manager role needs a talented content creator who can write and produce various types of downloadable content regularly to expand KORE Software’s digital footprint, awareness, and leads. As well as leverage digital marketing channels to generate exposure and engagement. This role requires a creativity, attention to detail, project management skills and knowledge of digital marketing tactics.

Responsibilities:

  • Create 2–3 resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include case studies, eBooks, infographics, guides, templates, etc.)
  • Create regular blogs and social media posts on an ongoing basis to support and promote your content offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
  • Create regular press releases that highlight company announcements and new partnerships.
  • Oversee the usage of our HubSpot platform for email marketing, blogging, data collection and lead nurturing
  • Grow our subscriber base and lead generation by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, customer success representatives, product developers, customers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Coordinate with key partners, including agencies, media outlets, and industry conferences to negotiate, execute and maximize the value of available assets

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in the sports, media and/or software space
  • Previous experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, magazines, industry journals, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Previous experience with inbound marketing strategy
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer/designer, but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Proficiency with the following applications:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
    • Microsoft Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Job Summary

KORE Software is looking for an organized, energetic and driven individual to join our growing team as Success Associate. In this full-time position, you’ll work closely with members of the Success team who manage over 100 Major League teams, and various other sports and entertainment accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the greater Success Team in onboarding multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies through all aspects of account management process including planning, customer setup, onboarding, training, and ongoing strategy and consulting.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with customers with a focus on solving uniquely different problems related to specific business objectives.
  • Investigate and answer specific customer questions during initial onboarding process and for existing accounts.

Role Overview

KORE is looking for a successful candidate that will help the Insights & Analytics team to maintain existing and create new data-driven templates and reports focused on KORE’s business management software.

Working primarily with KORE’s dynamic document templates, the successful candidate will manage the backlog and communication with the Success Team to gather the client requirements and leverage strong SQL knowledge to continue to produce an elite product. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end process of working with colleagues to properly prioritize tasks, ensure clear requirements are provided, and implement efficient approaches in the fulfillment of these requests.

Using our pre-built mail merge generator, Microsoft Word content controls and SQL queries, the perfect candidate will map all necessary information to create and maintain the client templates. Additionally, this person will have the ability to present complex data in visually pleasing and easily digestible reports that can be understood by a wide range of resources. Reporting work will center on SSRS and Tableau reports.

This individual will be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and possess the ability to learn new reporting systems and data sources. Mastery of these skills will allow for growth within the department and organization to take on more data-driven-reporting and analysis tasks.

A customer service disposition and enjoyment of working with others in a team-driven environment is a must. This includes support for the Customer Success team with ongoing customer analysis and insights, reporting building, and partner-specific system functionality development.

Duties and Responsibilities

Although we expect this role to expand as skills and experience grow, the following are some of the roles which this candidate will be filling:

Report Query Design

  • Strong SQL Skills focused on formatting and optimizing the data for templates and reporting
    • Clear and concise code, best practices, query efficiency, level of detail, measures, and dimensions
    • Built-in SQL functions, data types, table schemas, and variables
    • Manipulating and creating temp tables, views, and stored procedures
    • Ability to quickly understand the business logic for better queries
  • Documentation and in-code comments – Important so others who may need to work with product and changes understand the purpose of a report and its functions

Document Template Design and Maintenance

  • Building templates in Microsoft Word documents using our custom mail merge functionality
  • Ability to use content controls in Microsoft Word
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce

Report Creation and Maintenance

  • Create and manage reports primarily in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Tableau
  • Manage & create data sets using SQL queries for report filters and various metrics in the dashboards
  • Present visually pleasing dashboards to internal and external clients

Skill Requirements:

  • 1- 3 years of experience database querying and report building with a strength in visual analytics
  • The ability to pass a SQL query writing test at the time of the interview
  • Great template reporting, Tableau, and SSRS experience
  • Contact management solution familiarity such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and ability to coordinate across multiple departments and customer service
