  • No new products will be automatically added to your contract. However, customers will have the opportunity to integrate new solutions and capabilities into their existing KORE or Sports Alliance offerings.

  • Our teams are working together to assimilate these new offerings and we will provide more information on new solutions in early February. 

No, the functionality of our products and services will not change.

For now the APPS platform will remain as it is so you can still login as normal at apps.sportsalliance.com

No. All existing contracts will be honored, and the acquisition will not change your current contact agreement.

No. Your success is still our number one priority. The level of service and support you currently receive will not change. Your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager is and will remain your contact, available to answer any questions you may have.

Please continue to use the same communication channels such as the service desk and the out of hours service.

All Sports Alliance and KORE employees will be using a KORE email address moving forward. Your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager will be communicating with you via the new address. For reference, KORE email addresses take the format of forename.surname@koresoftware.com. For the time being all emails sent to a Sports Alliance email address will be auto-forwarded so there is no need to worry!
